we do PT differently.

one-on-one, personalized care.

No PT aides or techs. We won’t send you off to do your exercise routine alone while your physical therapist’s attention is divided between you and multiple other patients. Every session is one-on-one, just you and your PT, and varied depending on your goals and what you need that day.

you should actually LIKE coming to PT!

We’re not your traditional physical therapy clinic. We believe physical therapy should be challenging, varied, creative, effective, and fun. Treatment should be specialized and tailored toward your goals, your sport, your lifestyle, and you as an individual.

We want you to look forward to your appointments, and believe that a physical therapy studio should be a space for rehabilitation, fitness, and community.

All of our physical therapy appointments are one-on-one with a licensed doctor of physical therapy. We do not double-book appointments! You’ll have our full attention for the duration of your session.

work with a specialist in your sport, and a PT who’s part of your local community.

We are specialists in CrossFit, weightlifting, running, youth sports, gymnastics, and dance. We are passionate about creating a safe and inclusive space for members of the LGBTQIA community and individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels.

what clients are saying:

“Thanks to the team at Outlier, I am stronger than I have ever been. I even kind of like lifting weights.
I cannot recommend them enough. Unlike other larger chain physical therapy places, there are no assistants; they work with me the whole time.”

“I truly enjoy every time I go there, and I would go every day if I didn't work. They are fun, nice, compassionate, good listeners, nonjudgemental, and understand how important running is to me.”

“When I first came to Outlier I was pretty hopeless about a reoccurring rugby injury that I had been experiencing for almost 2 years. The treatment was tailored to me as a rugby player with the goal of continuing to compete at a high level. My injury problems have since resolved and I'm feeling stronger on and off the field than I did before the injury. Everyone I worked with at Outlier was kind, encouraging, and very knowledgeable.”

“Each therapy session was different, adding new exercises and continuously pushing me to move beyond what I was physically able to do during the prior session.”
