<image:caption>Location Our clinic is located near the corner of Clark and Bryn Mawr in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago. Our Approach Our Chicago studio includes 35# and 45# barbells, a Rogue rig, Concept2 bikes, dumbbells, kettlebells, plyometric equipment, and medicine balls as well as more traditional physical therapy equipment. We believe physical therapy shouldn’t stop at passive treatment, or at light resistance bands and exercises on the table. By the time you graduate from physical therapy, we want to get you back to doing what you love safely and effectively- which means preparing your body to lift, carry, climb, squat, or whatever your workout or daily life requires. If you’re a weightlifter, we’ll watch you squat, deadlift, or bench as part of your treatment plan. If you’re a runner, we’ll make sure you’re running with correct technique and form. If you’re a CrossFit athlete, we’ll work on getting you back to kipping and overhead movements safely and pain-free.
